You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it
- Must be unused and unworn, with all tags intact
- Must be in its original packaging
- Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

Return the unwanted item. Once approved, you may place a new order for the correct item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider
Important:
Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Items Policy

- Note that minor wear on the box is normal
