You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it
  • Must be unused and unworn, with all tags intact
  • Must be in its original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

Return the unwanted item. Once approved, you may place a new order for the correct item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

Important:

Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items Policy

When your order arrives:

  • Check the package and product carefully
  • Note that minor wear on the box is normal
  • If the item itself is damaged, contact us immediately with:

  • Email address

Keep the box, packaging materials, and the damaged item for inspection by the delivery partner. This helps us resolve the issue quickly.
