What Our Warranty Covers
- Faulty or defective products delivered
- Wrong items delivered (different from what you ordered)
- Products that stop working within 7 days of purchase, not caused by misuse or physical damage
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damages caused by misuse, drops, accidents, or mishandling
- Issues caused by power surges, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, or faded surfaces
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Our team will verify the claim and advise on the next steps.
- Depending on the issue, we will:
- Replace the product with a new one
- Provide a similar product if the exact item is unavailable
- Issue a refund if replacement is not possible

- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Warranty applies only to items purchased directly from GadgetNmatch.
