If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. All activities carried out under your account are your responsibility.

We strive to provide accurate product details. However, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions or stock information are always error-free. If a product you receive does not match its description, you may return it in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Payments can be made via Mobile Money, Visa/Mastercard, bank transfer, or Cash on Delivery (Accra, Tema, Kasoa only). Orders are confirmed only after payment is received, except for Pay on Delivery orders.

We deliver across Ghana using trusted courier and transport services. Delivery fees are paid by the customer. Once an order is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

Returns must follow our Refund & Return Policy. Key points include: Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. Refunds are issued after inspection. Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers may submit reviews or feedback. However, offensive, illegal, misleading, or inappropriate content is not permitted. GadgetNmatch reserves the right to remove such content.

Our website and services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or absolute accuracy of information. GadgetNmatch is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Ghanaian legal procedures.
